Bumping this thread. Anyone have any data points or anecdotal evidence even? What are the odds of getting an approved ICA application to return MAN-AUH?
I'm currently a Resident here in AD and really really want to travel home to UK to visit my family, especially my parents (in their 70s) - its been six months since my last visit home...
Only seen a few very negative reports in the local media about refused applications - is there any hope out there? I have 2 cancelled EY return tickets burning a hole in my travel bank.
Flights to MAN have restarted so "can" get home, don't really want to 14-day quarantine so holding out for that rule to change before booking a 1 way, but if ICA approval has little or no hope of getting approved can't really afford to be "stuck" in the UK either!!
