The European Chamber of Commerce South China Chapter has an online survey to collect data from foreign residents who are stranded abroad. The deadline is July 20:

It does ask for some personal information (name, employer, location, phone number etc.) that some people may not be willing to provide but that's a personal decision you need to make. This was sent to me with the following text:
