it should be the same as T2 will be pass the passport control, then hand the undertaken form, they will ask you do you have test report. if not will lead you to a specific area for doing the test.
in the collect sample area you need to register your information again with the lab test company and some one will do a swab test. after that you can collect luggage and leave the airport waiting for result
