For cash tickets I received my refund of cancelled flight less than 2 months after the cancellation without having to be pushy. My problem has been for mileage redemptions, now over 3 months and still no miles back in my account (also taxes not refunded yet) despite having nudged them a few times.
Have you tried calling them or the Privilege Club team, or messaging them on twitter? Sounds like it's got misfiled somewhere...
