I got all segments in biz except bkk-icn. Aeroplan phone agent said there were only 3 seats even though the Aeroplan website/app indicated 5. So, I booked 3 in biz and 2 in Y. Today, I see that there are still 2 biz seats in Aeroplan app as well as in the United MileagePlus app (here it says 2 tickets left at this price). Called in to ask the agent to upgrade but was told that even though she sees the availability on the website, she gets an error when trying to book... Does anyone have any suggestions?
There is no solution, I booked mine a few day back, a lot of phantoms, one single leg not available, I may need to choose a different route, with a family of 4 tickets required, took me 3 hours to finish 4 different PNRs, some legs have either 3, 2 or 1 business seats available, the more complex your itinerary get into, the more time you need to spend with Aeroplan agents to search for availabilities.
