I am planning to keep the account for the full year, maybe even longer. I don’t plan to withdraw the $25k in one fell swoop in October. Instead I will use the account as use my other HY savings account. As a temporary storage place for fund’s aid keep liquid for near-term use and emergency funds. So there will be payments going out of that accounts, and new funds coming in. The average account balance after October will probably drop to somewhere between $5-15k. I am not concerned that this will be interpreted as gaming any more than me opening an Amex Delta Gold account for the SUB, and then just charging small things to it every few months.
