I can't comment on the process, but you can make a data subject a cess request to BA (and any other airline) to get the data the hold on you.
Be upfront, tell them exactly why you need it, it's just a listing of flights you want, no other info, and that may help they give you the info you need in as discussed a manner as possible. Because BA do hold a lot of other data and it can be quite a lot of work to process that request and redact any info about others booked on the same PNRs.

For other reasons, it's often a good idea to keep a spreadsheet of travel up to date.
