I feel torn as Qatar are one of the best airlines in the world with a fantastic business class and friendly service,
Having no contact from Qatar 6 weeks after our flights cancelled and zen desk request, I have phone them but no follow up as promised.
So I have now started chargeback with my credit card company.
After working in aviation almost 40 years I fell bad about the chargeback, but as Qatar can’t send a email just saying your request is pending and may take x weeks.
I have always enjoyed my travels with Qatar and wish them all the best, I expect my future travels to the Far East will be with Cathay and Singapore.
