I have a Schengen flight, will they let me through at security 3, into the non Schengen, or is the massive hike to security 1 necessary to go across passport control airside?
A friend of me flying AMS-ARN last week, was
not let through via the x-ray/departures/immigration in Departure lounge 2 (above KLM check-in).
A second try behind security (via departure 1, Schengen) and then making the airside-transfer to Non-Schengen was also rejected and KMAR answered
"KLM can say everything but we won't let you pass".
Just saying. I have no own experience yet. My first flights are early July and avoiding KLM for a while...
