They do, it's their own show. And as far as I know it is still up and running.
But, OP is probably referring to the many caterers at outstations which could ofcourse make resupplying difficult.

On the other hand - like you said: with the reduced number of passengers and service KLM could decide to load enough meals and beverages to cover the trip back.
