Delivery.com did not work after 3 business days, which is what it took for my door dash to come through. This makes total sense because probably codes as delivery. Will chat with AMEX after a week or so and see if they manually credit.
What do you mean "presumably"? After the charge posts (ie, no longer pending), you can check on the Amex website to see how it coded.
