Qatar first acknowledged they owed me a refund late April, filed with zen desk. Then heard nothing for weeks despite my email follow ups, I tagged them on twitter twice, second time On May 24th told me that refund was processed and now was with CC but could take 28 days,

received email out of nowhere Thursday that my request was confirmed received (huh?) and I could be up to 8 weeks

BS, filed charge back today.

about to have to do the same with VS , already had to with KLM/AF

its been a full time job getting my cash back for 6 months worth of canceled travel
