Bohemian1 pointed out upthread (or in some other thread), one can also get hot from running to a gate. I can also think of many airports with poor temperature control or no air conditioning. Is it reasonable to deny someone boarding because they had to sprint to make a tight connection, or because the airport is poorly ventilated?
