From what I've seen, I'm probably the only person on FT who hasn't taken cutlery, glasses, etc. The only thing from AC I have that was not mailed to me from them is a poster.
I do have an AC napkin somewhere around the house that I could include in the Takeout to Takeoff shot, but that was given to me by an SD who offered a bottle of wine as a goodwill gesture. I've never taken cutlery or anything else though.
