Its not any different for the rest of US and yet states are opening and interstate travel is not restricted. I don't see much spikes despite many states restarting weeks ago.
I resent this "we are in this together - please don't come to my village but send more money" attitude of HI leaders - it made sense for a couple months but i don't think they can get away with it for much longer...
My guess is July ease of key restrictions (eg 14 d)... if Cyprus and Greece can manage so should HI...
