A major regression and outbreak in the islands will be politically devastating to whoever is in charge. Some mainland states are still increasing - not even in the flattening stage. I just don’t see Hawaii lifting quarantine with the disease as rampant as it still is. Maybe if things improve quickly it could lift in August/September timeframe, otherwise my money would be on October/November.
