Another trip report. CX in F is wonderful when it works, but the reality of life is that it doesn't work ALL the time. I did 4 long hauls in F (LAX-HKG-JNB) and 2 regional (HKG-SIN) in J. 4 of the flights ranged from very good to outstanding but 2 were disappointing for variety of reasons. Anyway, CX is still one of the best ways to see the world. The CX HKG lounges are above anything I've ever had a chance to experience at any airport.
