Service classes: C/Y (I believe the standard domestic first cabin was sold as business class as I do not think AA had reconfigured their 757s with lie-flat biz class seats yet)
Equip: 757

And I also believe American was the only airline ever to operate scheduled nonstop service between YVR and MIA.
