All good but without a chip reader attached to your PC online application is not possible. Surely no more than a tiny fraction of those eligible have this set up.
If you have any of
these phones, you can just do the application off your phone since it’s capable of reading your MyNumber card. There’s a decent number of handsets here. Did it off my iPhone.
