I agree. Another thing that pisses me off about Swedish insurance companies is premium creep. You have a car insured at the best price company, and check back a few years later and see that you now have the most expensive insurance. And when you call them and tell them you are cancelling they invariably say "We can meet that price if you stay with us!" Well... Too little too late my friends. They screw over loyal customers, which means they get no loyalty.

We currently use Länsförsäkringar and have had nothing but good experience so far. And they have no problem letting us take our cars to the dealer workshops, which are never the cheapest...
btw, banks in Sweden suck in a similar way but banks in Germany are MUCH worse
