Isn't that quite normal? Never have seen insurance companies in Europe work in any other mode. US might be different since much more competitive.

I'm a pretty happy customer at Folksam, got all my insurances bundled there and get quite nice discounts for that. So far, every time I do a comparison they come out competitive both on price and coverage.

btw, banks in Sweden suck in a similar way but banks in Germany are MUCH worse
