Seeing that your trip is in late July, I'd suggest waiting a while longer. A lot could change between now and then, and this governor is not known for being tough or tenacious, having backed off on a number of issues. And it's not that we don't want your money; it's just that in our culture we value the lives of our kupuna (elders) more.
