Yes, FWIW, I read the restrictions for 14-day quarantine, and they looked crystal clear to me. Upon arrival, I would need to go straight to a rental. No common areas of a multi-unit property (such as pool, fitness center). No one can visit my space except medical professional. I can't leave except for medical care or to go home.
Whatever the merits of this policy, it's easy to understand.
