also in addition you can assume that everyone is well experienced in purchasing miles online. Yes if you are only polling those on the FT forums - then yes most have experience. But I guarantee there were several first time mileage purchases who got excited by this promo that wouldn’t have known the difference between the mileage pages.

my question is - outside of the gripes we have seen here at FT how many other people were in this boat? Like I said when I initially called in on the 7th there was over an hour hold time for people just with this issue
I don't know anyone who would buy miles and isn't on FT
