Any experience with domestic flights that are NOT marketed with Premium Plus as a separate cabin?
I'm on a flight that only sells seats in economy or first, but there has been an equipment swap to a three class plane. If I use Plus Points but end up in Premium Plus instead of "first" (aka Polaris Business), am I still going to be charged the points? On the flight status seatmap it's listed as first/business (=Premium Plus)/economy
