With respect to mileage awards NO mileage awards are covered because the "l'intégralité" of the ticket was not paid with an American Express but with miles. The only exception is for FB tickets if one has an AF/KL American Express.
Ok, that's very interesting... And different than what I was told about 2 months ago when the drama began. Did you get a written confirmation of this statement by email ?
