If I was to take a guess it would be aligned with the bar openings which is still a week away. Even then there will still be 100 person limits and distancing measures which will mean lounges are going to be capacity restrained.
And how they plan the no buffets and table service for food. Guess they also don't want people sitting in multiple different places during one longue visit.
