New to Emirates and have first flight booked for November 2020. I think I will need to cancel this trip and rebook at a later date. It is a Skywards Business Flex Plus award ticket, one way LAX-DXB.

If I cancel this ticket, I presume the miles will be redeposited to my account - which is fine. However, the ticket came with some hefty taxes/fees (particularly the YQ component). In the event I cancel, will the taxes/fees be refunded?
