I had a fully refundable Economy ticket - cancelled in March, and applied for a full refund. Not related to COVID.
Still waiting. Silence from EK on support and by email. When I call, I'm told it's "in the queue".
I won't be flying them again, ever.
In comparison, i've received refunds from BA and CX within a week.
