It was cancelled by me on 17 March. Had to resubmit it on 16 April. Still no money in the bank account. Just phoned them for an update 5 minutes ago and they are now saying 90 days from the SECOND time, so to expect it by mid July.
Have already raised a chargeback with amex but I am really disappointed it has come to it.
That's why I had originally said it would take weeks, you can't trust anything agents tell you.They basically just want to get rid of you by telling you what you want to hear.
