My ticket was a fully refundable ticket.

It was cancelled by me on 17 March. Had to resubmit it on 16 April. Still no money in the bank account. Just phoned them for an update 5 minutes ago and they are now saying 90 days from the SECOND time, so to expect it by mid July.

Have already raised a chargeback with amex but I am really disappointed it has come to it.
