my modest contribution...for months have had a dive trip over the 4th from SAT-RTB thru DFW. About six weeks ago, AA dropped the DFW route and rerouted me thru MIA. Then over this past week, encountered something never seen before in the hundreds of AA flights. The airline dropped the MIA-RTB and retained the MIA segment. No notification from the airline about this significant change and not clear had I shown up at the airport at what point would have been alerted.

Haven't been paying much attention to RTB circumstances, so logged onto a community website. The island is under a strict quarantine with folks allowed to emerge for necessary shopping once a week and there is discussion about AA "restarting service in mid July".
