What happens if you had a non-refundable reservation booked and cancelled before the transition then reuse the ticket's value to book something after the transition ?

just reused a non-refundable ticket value from a reservation cancelled back in October 2019 to book a new flight costing a few dollars extra, and when I go to cancel it (within 24 hours of booking), it seems to indicate the whole thing will go back to original form of payment, but it doesn't specify explicitly what this original form of payment is (credit card or back to flight credit?)

There is this line in my new e-ticket receipt under method of payment and credit card info:Endorsments: CAD461.00 NONREF-BG AC
