It was mentioned here but it took a few days to catch up here, though that's only my inexact observation while driving at Mach 2 and it could've happened at the same time here.

I just may drive by today or tomorrow as while I still have a half tank from my last fill-up 3rd week March saying 20+ cents/liter is worth a short drive for me as I'm not too far away.
