This article doesn't seem to agree with that sentiment.Says domestic travel open by July and then Asia travel open by 4th quarter. Granted this is ASEAN spokesman and every country can do their own thing, but it does sound like they are going to try to do things together.
I have booked to go to Malaysia, Vietnam, and Cambodia over Christmas and New Year, and really had hopes that this trip would go ahead. That article makes it seem much less likely.
