Maybe an LCC they own - something like American Eagle/Delta Connection/United Express.
So UO will be great for CX, TR for SQ, JQ for QF. JL domestic already looks like LCC but maybe they can roll out domestic service for regional routes too.
For connections to/from long haul, the LCCs owned by long haul FSCs will provide lounge, baggage allowance (MSC), interline and IRROPs protection. But otherwise LCC service.
Passengers O&D or self connecting with those LCCs will simply face pre-COVID LCC debundled service.
