I saw Executive First signage at MUC in January 2017, received a BP from 2013 at ZRH in 2018 and had a 2005 logo printed on my bag tag this year. Even at YYZ, they still use some Executive First signage (most noticeably when they use two jetbridges and show which passengers board where).
I'm pretty sure the name Executive First didn't disappear until the 787 came out with its new product, which was announced very late 2013 if I recall, so a BP in 2013 wouldn't be odd. I definitely have "Executive Class" and "Executive First" BP photos from 2013.
