It just hit me that there are indeed "Covid-19-designated" hospitals and even covid-exclusive hospitals. My guess would be, that Aegean picked precisely those 17 hospitals for that reason and yes, many small countryside hospitals (but also some in major cities) will perform the tests and then send patients to the designated hospitals.
