Hi guys, so I've opted for the "Keep Your Ticket" option by doing nothing. Now that I go to emirates website and keyed in my last name and booking reference in the manage my booking, and it shows "There are no active segments in your booking at this time. Please contact Emirates for assistance"

Is this normal?
