The consensus seems to be that you can get the 15+15 nights
only if you have one business and one personal card.

Two personal cards, one from AmEx, and one from Chase, will only get you 15 nights, at least as to current data points.
The two types of card can be with different issuers or the same issuer, though only
Chase AmEx has a business card currently open to new applicants.
