They have been offered as far as I remember in benefits section, why would it need a special advertisement? Based on what you claim that almost no one knows about it? The booking was and/or is possible only when the main passenger booked to C or D class, so money wise one ticket is much more expensive than two tickets in J or K with normal/promo price. Therefore, it is not worth for me personally.
