I moved an originally scheduled business trip to HKG and SIN from beginning of March to beginning of June (at the time only Asia was really effected when I moved the flights and I thought June would be okay!), anyway BA just messaged today to say my LHR - HKG flight which was originally due to depart at 9.50pm on May 31st has now been rescheduled to 1.35pm departure for LHR which isn’t something I am that keen on. Given the change in time - I think that allows me to cancel.

Yes, if there is a 120 minute or greater schedule change from point of origin to the point of destination then you can cancel for a full refund under the standard guidelines.
