Again, life is inherently a risk and every day is a day closer to death. 99.9% of the country has the medical capacity to help folks if they need it. Between car accidents/distracted driving, drug overdoses, eating like crap, etc...this just adds another risk to the litany of items out there trying to kill you. Weigh your risks and proceed accordingly.
You're not understanding, and that's ok. We're not talking about going to work at a place (where you can observe distancing and hygiene rules) in order to provide for your family. OP asked about taking a completely unnecessary trip by flying one way, and then driving the opposite way, across the whole country, just because sitting in the apartment wasn't fun. That is both selfish and stupid in the current environment. It has nothing to do with liberty, freedom, or any constitutional rights. It's just basic common sense.
