How long do I have to accept the new flights they have proposed (just 2 hour difference), or request the refund does anyone know?
Until a couple of hours before departure, but if the flight fills up they may contact you a few days beforehand to ask you about your intentions. So there's no rush, I tend to leave this sort of thing for a few weeks.
