I haven't been thrilled with my service with Qatar. I put in my request for a voucher in March 10th. I still haven't received anything. I spoke to them via Twitter a few times. At first they said I should get my voucher within 28 days. Now I keep getting a canned response that they are working on it. If I dont get anything in a few days I'm putting in a claim with my credit card. Processing a voucher shouldn't take 45+ days.
