Same here, not very happy with their slow processing. Filed the refund request on the 27th of March. I called the call center in Germany today and got the message that it can take 6 to 8 weeks. But she did this in a disrespectful tone clearly showing that they are annoyed about such calls. The problem is that the outbound route was already used so just going to the credit card company is not so easy.

Since many of my flights are canceled, I have created a comparison between the airlines' services:

Best one: BA, the refund was received 2 days after cancellation.
OK: Qantas, they take also their time but at least you get an update and feel that they at least try to communicate with you.
Disappointing: Qatar and Philippine Airlines.

A little bit stupid since I travel with Qatar regularly on business. Normally very happy with their service but as we all know when the next bookings are planned things like this will be always in our mind. They seriously need to improve this.
