I told them we already waited 1 month, so it shouldn't take more than another month to get it.
Perhaps try messaging again via twitter, I assume it is a different agent each time that answers. I submitted my original refund request on the 19th March - but the email they sent back to me said I made my request on the 20th April and now they are showing as resolved on Zendesk;
