Yes I tried Twitter and got response within a few hours later in the evening. They requested some additional details about the flight which I responded to.
Then early this morning they replied again saying something along the lines of;
"We realize that by now any response to your specific request would come too late. However, our team is working continuously to meet all passenger's request so they can revert them as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding"
So what does that mean? That they probably wont respond to my request before the flight which is now two days away? Does that also mean that if nothing happens I will be treated as a 'no show' and no longer entitled to any refund?
