How long should it take from sending a refund request until you get a response?
I send a refund request on April 15th, for a flight on April 24th but the request is still showing as open. Its QR3 which is a flight that is still running daily.
I don't mind so much how long it takes to get the money back but my concern is what happens if the request if still open once it goes past the date of the flight? Currently I am planning on leaving it a day or two more then I will try to call.
On the same date, I cancelled an award booking for a different flight and got a confirmation for the Privilege Club team within 24 hours and the miles and deposit refund's were in my accounts a couple of days later.
