The word that got left off the press reports is "quasiment" (nearly). If you listen to the interview around 2 minute 4 seconds, Mme Borne said that Air France has returned most stranded French passengers and therefore AF flights outside Schengen are nearly all stopped (which isn't news). She then turned to the 11 May lockdown decision point, referenced the President's statement and used the phrase "en dehors d'Europe" rather than Schengen, again that's not news. The rest of the interview is interesting, talking about masks, social distancing (there was a photo of an Air France flight which had every seat taken) and whether the French can expect to enjoy their main summer holidays or not, where in summary the minister's advice was "de patienter un petit peu"".
I believe a co-incidence but BA has now zero'd out the planned 1/2 daily Paris CdG schedule until 22nd May
