as you said , lack of competition , intra south/central american flights can be even more expensive that flights from europe to central/south america

Ok , but you compare two different markets and two different cases .

What was the price for the same journey with QR from LON ? and same question for BA from OSL ???

also the LON-SIN is a direct flight between two metropolitan areas with some of the highest "GDPs" in the world , so don't expect reasonable fares where they can generate lot of money , while QR has "nothing to loose" by offering lower prices than "regional competitors"

i fully agree on that one with you . Loyalty doesn't payback anymore , and always remember that you have the choice as a customer
